Olivia Kaufman

Olivia Kaufman is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals and families. She brings a strong interdisciplinary background to her work, holding a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and a master’s degree in Social Work. This blend of education allows her to understand clients not only as individuals, but within the larger systems that shape their lives.

Olivia has years of experience in crisis intervention, case management, and supporting school and family relationships. She uses a strength-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach, believing that each client already possesses resilience and the capacity for growth. Treatment is thoughtfully tailored to align with the unique needs, values, identities, and family systems of each client.

Her work integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems approaches, alongside somatic and mindfulness-informed practices. Olivia’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and emotional regulation.

Above all, Olivia strives to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
