Jackie Brown is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who believes healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. She provides compassionate, client-centered therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the everyday stress that can leave people feeling overwhelmed.
As an Army Combat Veteran, military spouse, and mother of six, Jackie understands that every person's story is shaped by their unique experiences. Her background allows her to connect with individuals from many walks of life, including Veterans, military families, first responders, caregivers, and those navigating significant life changes.
Jackie's approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy while tailoring treatment to each client's goals, values, and needs.
