I’m Dr. Michelle Ridley, a trauma-informed therapist passionate about helping people heal, feel seen, and reclaim their stories. My journey as a social worker has been shaped by years of listening to and walking alongside people who have faced stigma, trauma, and systemic barriers and watching them tap into their own resilience to move forward.
I hold a bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD in social work, and my work has always centered on creating safe, nonjudgmental spaces where clients can explore their experiences and find the tools that help them thrive. Whether it’s supporting women through crisis, helping survivors of intimate partner violence feel empowered, or walking with young people through moments of transition, I bring compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experiences.
My research and clinical work have given me a unique lens for understanding how systems, identity, and personal history intersect. I’ve worked extensively with Black and Latinx communities, survivors of violence, and families navigating complex challenges, and I understand the courage it takes to seek help. My role is to meet you where you are, honor your story, and help you uncover the strength, clarity, and healing you deserve.
If you’re ready to start your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, understanding, and practical tools to help you create meaningful change..

Our team is trained in various therapeutic approaches to fit your needs
