It takes a tremendous amount of courage to show up for yourself and to face the things that may be causing you distress, whether those things are relationship distress, trauma, change, grief, depression, or anxiety. Above all, I focus on building trust throughout the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to learn what matters most to you: your strengths, challenges, background, and life experiences. Using an interdisciplinary approach such as solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatment modalities, I am here to help guide you throughout the healing process. I specialize in working with persons struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, domestic violence, grief, chronic and/or acute stress, and dual diagnosis. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I am compassionate, empathetic and caring.
