Amanda is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) practicing under clinical supervision, with more than ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through meaningful and lasting change. Her clinical background spans eating disorder treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, family therapy, and community mental health, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of how people cope, heal, and grow in different environments.

Amanda approaches therapy with warmth, collaboration, and curiosity. She tailors treatment to the needs, values, and identities of each client and family system, integrating evidence-based modalities including RO-DBT, DBT, CBT, EFFT, and Family Systems, along with somatic and mindfulness-informed practices. Her clinical interests include emotional regulation, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, trauma histories, relationship stress, and supporting individuals and families navigating stabilization, recovery, or significant life transitions.
