Romar Steed

Romar E. Steed is an operations and business professional with a diverse background spanning healthcare operations, workplace health and safety, insurance, law enforcement, and business leadership. Born in Eugene, Oregon, Romar spent time growing up in Germany and Kentucky before earning an Associate of Science in PC Support, a dual Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky.

Throughout his career, Romar has held leadership roles in healthcare operations, risk management, fraud investigations, retail operations, public safety, and environmental health and safety. He currently works within the insurance industry and serving as the Operations Manager for Summit Therapeutic Services, helping support individuals, families, and clinical operations throughout the Kansas City area.

Romar is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., whose motto is “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor,” and has served in several regional and national leadership roles within the organization.

Above all, Romar values faith, family, leadership, and service. He is married to Dr. Etta C. Steed and is the proud father of three children: Abraham, Solomon, and Triniti.
